What is Fibresure? Fibresure is a 100% natural fibre supplement that you can take everyday to help your body get the fibre it needs to keep it healthy and balanced.Fibre is well-known to naturally cleanse your digestive system, helping your body to digest food and to genty remove toxins and waste, so keeping you feeling healthy.
Direction for use:
Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 capsules up to 3 times daily. Take capsules with at least a full glass of water (250m) and swallow 1 capsule at a time.
Not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking any prescription medicine by mouth.
CAUTION:Taking capsules without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take the product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Ask your doctor BEFORE USING this product if you have recently experienced a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting.
This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.

Capsule content: Psyllium husk (100%).
Capsule shell: Gelatine, Fish gelatine.
Colours:titanium dioxide, ammonia caramel, brilliant blue.
Emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate.
Glazing agnt: shellac.
