2% w/w N-Acetyl Glucosamine, 0.5% w/w Menthol, 0.1% w/w Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut Extract).

Do not use on cuts or broken or infected skin. Do not use on sensitive skin or if you have eczema or other skin problems.
Remove before bathing or showering.
