Application:
The first step: with the cap closed, turn the COLOR ID Powder Brush upside-down and tap in the palm of your hand to cover the brush with powder. Beginning at the centre of your face, gently sweep the powder over your skin and blend in towards the hairline. Finish downward sweeping movements.
