Return of Unwanted Items
Contact Mistrys within 7 days after the day of delivery to return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in a saleable condition. Once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are damaged or faulty. In addition, products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items. If you wish to exchange any items, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
Return of Damaged Goods
Contact Mistrys within 7 days after the day of delivery to return or exchange any damaged or faulty goods. We will refund the cost of the products upon receipt of the returned items should you not require a replacement. If you wish to exchange the faulty items, you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

Once notified, all items should be received at Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will be liable for the cost of returning your items. Items should be returned via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
