Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Website.

Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Website.

When buying goods on this site you are entering into a legally binding contract with Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd. UK law is applicable on this site.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Web site, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this Web site, and so therefore can not guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mistrys Pharmacy Limited disclaim all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Web site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access.

Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.  If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order and not the time of despatch. You will be notified of any goods that are not in stock and offered an alternative item where applicable. We could also offer to make a special order on your behalf from our suppliers (this will be subject to availability at our suppliers) or we will refund your money in full if you do not wish to have an alternative item or place a special order or if the item is no longer available.

Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer.

You will receive a confirmation email for all orders placed.  We normally aim to process and despatch the majority of orders within 2-3 working days from the date of order. Once processed, all UK orders are sent on a next day service, EU and International orders are sent with a Courier Service and all orders will require a signature on delivery.  Our Courier Company operates a tracking system; you will receive an email confirming that your order has been despatched. This email will have the tracking information included. Please check that all your details are correct on your confirmation email; please contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered the next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs. We are unable to despatch dangerous goods such as aerosols and flammables to international locations due to transport regulations.

Free Delivery on all orders over £49

Our standard delivery charges for shipping are calculated based on the weight of items purchased, this is calculated and the cost displayed at the checkout. Orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery or by Courier. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days of the despatch date and a signature will be required on receipt.

European Union Countries

Our standard delivery charges for shipping are calculated based on the weight of items purchased, this is calculated and the cost displayed at the checkout. Orders are sent using a Courier service. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days of the despatch date and a signature will be required on receipt.

International

Our standard delivery charges for shipping are calculated based on the weight of items purchased, this is calculated and the cost displayed at the checkout. Orders are sent using a Courier service. Orders are usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days of the despatch date and a signature will be required on receipt.

 

We accept online payments by credit card or debit card, the following cards are acceptable:

Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. 

You can also make payment by Paypal. All funds must be cleared before your goods can be dispatched.  Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd will not pass on any personal details of your transaction.  Full details of our secure site can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Return of unwanted items 

You must contact Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd by email or phone if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) within 7 working days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls within the discretion of Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd if a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received at Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery for this condition to apply. Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the item/(s) are in saleable condition upon return. You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us. Items should be returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

Return of faulty or damaged items

You must contact Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd by email or phone if you wish to return or exchange any faulty or damaged items within 7 working days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls within the discretion of Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd if a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received at Mistrys Pharmacy Ltd within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery. Items should be returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. Mistrys Pharmacy will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recover our fees and expenses from you.

All returns are evaluated before being processed. 

Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we receive the returned items please allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.  

 

Prescription medicines

Online Pharmacy (Prescription Ordering)

 

The following Terms and Conditions relate to the Mistrys Pharmacy prescription service. If you have any questions concerning this service, please contact us.

We only accept Prescription Orders from customers who are 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.

We only accept Prescription Orders from, and despatch prescriptions to, addresses in the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

No Prescription Order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order to you by email or in writing. We reserve the right to reject any order.

We will start to process your prescription on receipt. If you wish to cancel an order for a prescription you should contact us promptly before sending us the prescription. You agree that after this date, we will have begun the service at your request and that you will have no rights to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise.

When we receive a prescription from you we will verify it against the information provided to us at the time the order was placed. In the event that the information does not match with your original order, we may try to contact you using the information in your registration. If we cannot contact you and we are unable to dispense the item(s) on your Prescription Order we reserve the right to return your prescription to you.

For NHS prescriptions you will be required to confirm eligibility for free prescriptions or to confirm you have a pre-paid prescription certificate. It is your responsibility to give accurate information and to not make a false declaration.

For private prescriptions, the minimum charge will be £7.50 per item irrespective of the quantity of the particular item.

Private prescriptions can only be dispensed under UK law when we receive a prescription written by a doctor who is registered with the General Medical Council in the UK or is a registered doctor in the EU.

Where a doctor indicates a repeat dispensing instruction on a private prescription, we are able to hold your prescription and dispense subsequent repeating quantities according to your instruction.

Prescription Medicine Delivery Costs

 Delivery rates will be added to the cost of your Prescription Order as per our standard delivery charges. Please see Delivery Rates. Where multiple items are included in one prescription, we may despatch the items separately; in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge. If we think that your prescription items may not be suitable for Royal Mail delivery we may, at our discretion and cost use alternative delivery options.

We aim to despatch prescription items on the day we receive the prescription. If you place a Prescription Order and we do not receive the relevant prescription, we will not have any liability to you and it will be your responsibility to contact us within 30 days regarding your prescription order. If any of the items on your prescription are not available, or are not suitable for dispensing through this service, we will try to contact using the information in your registration

Private and NHS prescription medicines are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery respectively. All items are posted to the address provided by you in your registration or to an alternative address if directed by you. You accept that we have no control over the postal system and we have no liability in respect of items that are not received by you after we have despatched them. Items will need to be signed for on delivery and you authorise any person at your chosen delivery address to sign for the items as your authorised representative. The delivery cannot be signed for or left with anyone under the age of 18, posted through a letterbox or left in a secure area. In the event that the packaging is opened after delivery, we will have no liability to you for lost or damaged items or for what third parties find out about you as a result.

Notification of errors.

You should check the items dispensed to you carefully promptly upon receipt. If you believe there may have been a dispensing error, you should contact us immediately and should not take or use any of the items.

 

 

Security Policy

You must choose a user name and password on completion of your registration.  You are responsible for all actions taken under that user name and password and shall only use the site under your own user name and password.  You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone.  You should not transfer or sell your user name to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your user name or password.  When entering our site please be aware that an Internet cookie (unique identifier) will be sent to your computer, this is to enable us to gather data regarding users of our site, these cookies can be easily be deleted and cause no harm to your computer. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by contacting us via email, telephone or post.
