How does it work?

Collect reward points every time you place an order with us. Once you reach a certain threshold, these points can be redeemed for a discount off your next order.

 

How much do I need to spend?

To start off with, every customer will earn 4 points for every £1 spent online with us. As your total cumulative amount spend grows, so do your points. Customers are categorised into 4 groups:

General:

For any customer who has spent between £1 and £250 since opening their account will earn 4 points per £1 spent

Bronze:

Once your account total orders reach £250 you will earn 6 points per £1 spent on future orders

Silver:

Once your account total orders reach £500 you will earn 8 points per £1 spent on future orders

Gold:

Once your account total orders reach £1000 you will earn 12 points per £1 spent on future orders

 

How do I redeem my points?

At check out, you will see an option to “Use reward points”. Here you can enter the number of points you would like to spend.  

 

What will happen to any points not redeemed?

• These will remain on your account for future use
• Any unspent reward points will expire from your account 60 days after earning. Don't worry - we will send you a reminder before they are due to expire

 

Anything else I need to know?

• You will need to create a customer account with us and be logged in to start earning reward points

• Reward points can only be awarded with full £1 increments in spending – i.e. A £2.50 purchase will only earn 8 reward points instead of 10

• The maximum amount of points redeemable on an order is 10% of the order total. For example, on an order of £100, the maximum discount would be £10
